Additive for greenish-yellow powder molding sands. It is supplied in bags for 20 Kg.
Applications
Organic binder for green molding to harden the molding sand in the air, and which can be used in Bronze, Aluminum, Iron and Steel. It is used in combination with Bentonite. Its use is interesting in molds to be cast at 24 hours or more. It allows to cast a mold in conditions similar to a baked one. The percentages to be used vary between 1.5 and 4%. An example of a mixture would be the following: Sand 50-55: 100 Kg. Bentonite sodium: 4,5 Kg. Binder Prod 1000: 2 Kg. Water: 4 Kg.
