Description
It contains 0.8 to 1.2% of Strontium 72-79% of Silicon. It is presented in a granulometry of 0.2-0.6 mm and 0.4-3.2 mm. It is supplied in bags for 30 Kg.
Applications
It is exclusively used in Gray Foundry. Reduce the attenuation, improve the quality of the graphite, standardize the structure. It increases the amount of eutectic cells thus improving the physical properties. With appropriate percentages of Calcium and Aluminum, Strontium generates a high quality metal.
