Applications
They promote the transformation of laminar graphite into spheroidal or vermicular improving the mechanical strength, elongation and resilience of the material.
It is used for the manufacture of Nodular Iron. It is recommended to use a percentage of 0.8 to 1.3% and in base metals that do not exceed 0.020% of Sulfur. Contains up to 12% Magnesium
