Applications
They promote the transformation of laminar graphite into spheroidal or vermicular improving the mechanical strength, elongation and resilience of the material.
It is used for the manufacture of Nodular Iron. It is recommended to use a percentage of 1 to 2% and in base metals that contain between 0.020 and 0.060% of Sulfur. Contains up to 10% Magnesium and up to 3.5% Rare Earth.
