Binder for die-casting sands. Supplied in buckets of 25 Kg.
Applications
It is a binder to mix with the sand, followed by the stoving of the noyo or mold made. 2 to 4 Kg of Binder Core are used per 100 Kg of sand, according to the required strength. The mixing time is approx. 5 minutes (according to the mixer you have). Then the noyos or molds were tested for 2 to 3 hours at 180-230 º C.
