Description
Inoculant composed of Silicon, Calcium, Manganese, Zirconium and Barium. Granulometry of 0.4-3.2 mm. It is provided in bags of 30 Kg. / Pockets of 500 Kg.
Applications
It is used in Gray and Nodular cast iron. Generates more nuclei, precipitating fine sheets of graphite. It does not give rise to the formation of carbides, uniformizing the hardness. In Nodular Calcium and Barium act as a deoxidant, desulfurizing and degassing. It can be used in spoons in a proportion of 0.3-0.5%.
