Applications
Concrete based on Andalucite and Bauxite (Chemical analysis: 70% Alumina-24% Silica). Recommended for the inside of spoons, piqueras, bottoms of oven (before the MAS (dry ready material) and rings of the furnace when it becomes new Maximum recommended temperature: 1,650 ºC It is mixed with potable water in a proportion of 6 to 7.2% water, in a mixer between 5 and 10 minutes (ideally between 25 and 50 kg at a time) Once ready fill the space between the form and the wall of the spoon, taking care that there is no air occluded At 48 hrs, mold and leave for 24 hours, gently heat the inside of the spoon for 48 hours.
